Will Ford "Fix" the front steering rack, including the tie rods? The whole setup is just cheap die cast aluminum. While yes, oversized tires exacerbate it, but it's failed on totally stock setups as well. Then the tie rods tend to snap all too easily as well. The Bronco has the Basic HOSS 1.0 Front Steering Rack up to the Black Diamond model. The Hoss 2.0 from the Badlands up to the Everglades, including any trim equipped with Sasquatch package. The Hoss 3.0, the Wildtrak only. Finally, the HOSS 4.0, the Raptor only. At least replace the cheap HOSS 1.0 w/the 2.0, or better, w/the 3.0. Myself, I have a 2023 Black Diamond, 100% stock, but I'm concerned w/it's HOSS 1.0 Steering Rack. I'm thinking about replacing it w/a much stronger one for ease of mind.

worked at ford for a year, the ranger was such a bad car and so unreliable. Are all like this? no. but alot are. whether it be coming in for its first 3k service and having to do 5 recalls, to coming in for its first service and the intercooler hose is pissing out oil, to timing cover leaks at 3k service to even some of the Early px1 rangers came in for their Pre-delievery inspection only to have oil pissing out of the rear main seal with 5kms on the clock. endless gearbox issues with all their diesel gearboxes wether it be 6 speed or 10 speed, they both sucked and are plagued with issues. The engines, absolute dog shit they would constantly be coming in on tow trucks broken, replacing the engines under warranty, oil pissing out of just about everywhere, there's obviously way more issues but just thought id give some insider information to anyone wanting to buy one of these trucks. If the car is in warranty and you dont mind it being in the shop constantly then it might be the truck for you, otherwise steer clear!

BYD concluded 2023 with record-breaking sales volume, surpassing 3 million annual sales and becoming the global new energy vehicle (NEV) market leader. Specifically, BYD sold 3,024,417 vehicles in 2023, a significant increase of 61.8% compared to the previous year. Sales for the first 2 quarters of this year were not good in China, but it's due to a variety of reasons. For context, Tesla's sales is also not good, yet EVs share of the Chinese car market continues to grow (even this year). Secondly, a 36% growth in the Chinese market is NOT a 'collapse'. Thirdly, 500 car companies is an insane amount for the world, let alone China, so a shakeup is inevitable. It doesn't mean the 'end of EVs as you try to draw conclusions from here. But you get one thing right by saying that only 1/5 of these brands will be finacially viable going forward. In fact, I would say that only 1/5 of that 1/5 will be financially viable, and I think may still be optimistic. Fourthly, the EV unit of Evergrande did NOT take down the whole corporation with it. Evergrande imploded due to China's crack down on highly leveraged developer practices, and Evergrande was in massive debt which causes it to implode, taking all their subsidiaries with it (including it's EV business).

@nhp506711 күн бұрын
The oil industry doesn’t give a f*ck about an EV push. Most those companies have the hands heavily in the renewable energy market. EVs aren’t gonna overtake Electric ICE anytime soon but they will become more mainstream as time goes on. And they make money on both!!! The bickering and fighting between the people is just for the division. It’s all a scam

you truly have to be dumb as hell to buy a EV. All of the idiots have bought ev's now.. and now the sales are dropping like a sack of crap because there is no market now. you can also blame tesla for the crash.. they made a piss poor EV and made a HUGE PR machine saying they the top of the line which is rubbish. Now normal people will think twice about going EV if thats the best on offer which its not.. there are FAR FAR better ev's to buy
@stevehayward185411 күн бұрын
What a load of rubbish It's only the legacy car companies that cant make a profit and sell their cars at a price that people want to buy. The legacy guys were arrogant and thought it would be easy to transition but they have made very poor EV's that no one wants, whilst dedicated EV manufacturers have seen their order books grow year on year. It not easy to strip out the ICE engine and bolt in an electric motor, there is a massive amount of software to contend with that the legacy guys have not a clue about
@ExileXCross11 күн бұрын
" dedicated EV manufacturers have seen their order books grow year on year. " You conveniently left out that those companies cater to the rich, and wealthy exclusively. This is why Tesla started with the roadster, then a $90k Model S and then onto successively cheaper trims and models. Not starting with the model 3 from the getgo. Once they try to expand to the masses they to will fail in the same way that Legacy manufacturers and even Tesla are stumbling now (case in point they are selling a $50k truck, that they promised buyers that would cost $50k but the reality today is that they are selling a $50k truck for $100k)
