That's such a cool idea! Never thought in using Rice when not being able to think of a general shape tho, I usually break maps of other fantasy world and reorganize them lol

Nice map,i liked how you also coloured it, other details you could include are the name of your world in a box above the map and a compass in the bottom, the only thing that looks kinda off in your map is the north coastline which is probably because you chose to do it with rice and you did not include rivers but that's ok, I've made a fantasy map too a couple of months ago and i can say that it's creative, that's all :)
