Im 5'4 and weigh 70kg with muscle and some little water and fat.. but still these guys are huge? i mean i dont think they are less than 5'3ft tbh. how come they look so bulked in 60 kilo? i look like a bamboo shoot when im 60kg & im 5'4ft as well.😂 how??

Bro remember the name " Manohar Aich" and if you don't know him search in Google. The best body builder India has ever produced lived 104 years. He was from Kolkata , I used to go to his gym from 2008 to 2012 . Do you know how much was the fee he takes at that time . 500 inr for the whole year . So i actually paid 2000 for 4 years. He's not some modern trainer . He literally beat with sticks or hands if we do something wrong and before gym there was a football ground we have to give 15 rounds around 3.5 km , and then start the hard training. He was not a showoff man dies at 104 years old . He eats mutton and fish at age of 100 .
