This is a good theory, however I do think that Mojang is just trying to show some love to the elder man and the end dimension. But what are your thoughts?

Well I love Endermen! But besides that, purple makes some cool designs and artistically green and purple work well together! So not surprised to see Enderman and Creeper stuff together.

5:59, what about you are talking? on the feedback page about copper pipes that you have shown, there are only 250 people! It's very not much compared to the minecraft community and other posts on minecraft feedback itself!
