LBVYR is vintage. The hallmark stands for LABORATOIRES DE BIOLOGIE VEGETALE YVES ROCHER and company does business as Group Rocher\Yves Rocher. This hallmark would have been used 1980+. So, it is vintage. Materials are a silver tone alloy usually a combination of stainless steel, nickel, aluminum.
