I am scared of roller coaster but I am starting to like them now because roller coasters are so thrilling I don't know anything else that delivers the same thrill and excitement as roller coasters. The best tip to get over your fear of roller coasters is to not look up any tips and just get on the roller coaster. You'll be more happy that you rode a roller coaster rather than worrying about it.

I'm going on the 14th with friends, one of whom is afraid of heights and has never ridden rollercoasters before. Yeah, we're starting on Nemesis lmao. This is a solid list. I'd possibly put Rita lower but it depends what exactly the person is afraid of: heights, speeds, forces, or inversions. The only problem with this list is that to do all 10 in order would involve a LOT of backtracking 😂

If you want to get over your fear of heights start by standing on your balcony or climb a lighthouse in the beach that might help you realize that heights aren't necessarily dangerous then get on small kiddy coasters first and ride it over and over again most kiddy coasters have 20 to 50 ft drops then go to high thrill coasters with 80 to 175 ft drops last go to GIGA and strata coasters. But I stick with high thrill like 80 to 175 ft drops can enjoy coasters and rides with that drop

@@MrLProductionsOfficial I agree with you if your scared of roller coasters the best thing to do is start with smaller ones and work your way up if you go straight for a coaster with an 80 ft drop then you'll have a bad experience

One. Desensitize yourself. Start with kiddy coasters and slowly work your way up to bigger coasters if you start with a big coaster right away with a desensitization process then you will have a bad experience. 2. Over the counter medications. 3. Try sitting in the middle choose your seat wisely sit in the middle rather than the very back seat as it has the most g's if you want a mild experience opt for the middle. 4. Vestibular therapy to help your body get used to the sensations of motion. You can't completely eliminate that feeling entirely 100% but you can minimize it but you can't get rid of the sensation. Also be calm on the ride if your nervous it will make that feeling worse.

@@ForenticUKthese are the tips I got from the web when I was going to a theme park. I never knew what the stomach drop was when riding roller coasters till now lol so hopefully these will help it's just trial and error so hopefully it works just some of my tips but you'll just have to experiment with your body haha 😊

I’m terrified of rollercoasters but mostly the height so towers is the park for me. If you are worried about going on reborn DONT be in my opinion the commentator of the video is describing it as very scary but to be completely honest it’s so chill like going on I was so scared but it’s definitely a good one to start with not only because you feel like you’ve conquered your fear already but it can boost you moral for future rides like smiler.

I feel like blade is a great starting ride, i went on it quite a few times, it was very helpful to my dear, as my mom was extremely scared of rollercoasters, and sort of imprinted that on me, my sister though, the complete opposite, so she helped me get over my fear <3

Yes a lot of ppl are scared of roller coasters. I was scared of them too till I was 11 years I went on more roller coasters and rides and now I am starting to appreciate roller coasters I always appreciated roller coasters. But roller coasters are so much fun once you look back

That’s so exiting ! I went to phanstasia land for the first time and thought it was phenomenal. You will love smiler and nemesis ! Make sure to do other unique rides such as Alton manor and nemesis sub terra !

Just get on the roller coaster. The more time you spend thinking about it your going to get even more scared. Instead of just fearing so much on roller coasters just get on the ride and choose the right seat and just go.

im going back to alton towers at the end of the month, last time the 3 worst ones i did were wickerman, rita then thirteen and im thinking i will just go on oblivion or the smiler first since im mostly scared of going upside down so the smiler would be perfect for that i feel like and if i follow an order the queues are too long so i wont have enough time, should i just go on a really intense one first?

I would personally recommend Galactica and nemesis reborn before smiler if you are scared of inversions (upside down)

Oh so you hate rides with drops. My first roller coaster when I was little was the space mountain in disney world and boy did I feel so scared that I closed my eyes now I don't close them anymore but I press my feat firmly against the roller coaster and go.

not fully u need to do things like oblivion or nemesis to get over ur fear fully, wickerman isnt intense enough

@@crispy7274true wickerman is a medium coaster so it's not intense. I prefer 50 meters roller coasters but if you want to fully get over your fear you have to ride more roller coasters

Yes she was transformed into one when was possessed but I like to think she's just a puppet for the spirit and it stopped her aging if someone separated her from the malevolent sprit she would return to her corporal form

That chalet was Windsor 90, great spot, we've stayed in that chalet twice, we loved it the first time so another time we paid extra to have it reserved for us 👌🏻
