Are you using the flash cut cnc program to run that machine? And if so .. what do you have to do to make your engraver pull up like that before it moves to the next part it marks?? My engraver just drags across the plate from one part to the next leaving a tool path line! I can’t figure out how to fix it & it’s driving me crazy! Please advise if you can! I’ll subscribe to you 😂

@celticbeliever4952 Hey! This scribe is on FlashCut. Boss Tables uses pressure valves that are regulated to increase and decrease the down pressure and up pressure

who needs a plasma when you got real FIRE

You can buy extra machine plugs for the plasma box end from Hypertherm or just google the numbers on the plug itself...

Is there anyway to save a default set of layer names in SheetCam so you don't have to type it in every time you open it?? The three main names I want to keep is Inside, outside and line..
@bosstablescncplasma71953 ай бұрын
For this you can draw the layers in the CAD program . For example, if you have a scribe drawing, you make it as a scribe layer in CAD. Or the layers can be edited in SheetCam.

Looks like their cheapest table starts at around $17k.
@italogarcia15975 ай бұрын
Ok. Do you use a diode in the mass of table to the earth ground ?
@bosstablescncplasma71955 ай бұрын
No, the table is grounded direct to a noise ground. It is not the electrical service ground.

Any idea why a PMW Sensor module test active light would be staying on and the actual test buttons not be working?

Good video... at least now I understand the scribe is basically hammering the whole time, or vibrating or whatever. I have never used mine... my cnc co2 laser kinda spoiled me lol

Just out of curiosity. Why is it running segmented lines on large radius cuts. Is it the way flash cut draws them in their version of cad? or is that in the cam side of the program ? I just order a machine from you guys and learning all I can before my machine shows up.
