I became very interested in Dispenza after a prostate cancer diagnosis in 2020. I'm one of the folks the author is talking about in that I refused to conventional allopathic treatment of surgical removal , here in the Philippines, and began the Dispenza meditations, all for free via KZfaq. It's been 4 years and at this point I'm functioning as pretty normal maintaining a high libido at 71 and no plans to do any allopathic treatments but rather believe that I am in fact healed. i continue to this day doing a meditation called Blessing of the Energy Centers along with a breathwork meditation created by SOMA beathwork. When it comes to science the allopathic medical model is all over the place with clinical trials and botched cancer treatments like what happened to my sister per radiation treatments that serverly burned her breasts and the eventual death that over came her under their protocals. I don't trust the so called science when it comes to cancer treatments. It is , after all, a very lucrative industry just following the status quo. Faith healing has a long history and a track record but also makes big Pharma no money. The author points out that science can't prove subjective healings because they are not consistent and difficult to monitor. However faith healings occur and for many, like me, are appealing as a lifestyle because hospitals just don't resonate, with me, as chronic healing centers. I'm retired living on an island in the Philippines. Every day is a new adventure.

I wonder what it would do with my aphantasia. I create AI art on tiktok as neurovoyager. I think in words due to the aphantasia so prompting the art is perfect for how my brain works. I'm looking forward to generative AI to create VR environments.

What do you suggest people do who purchased the Muse, spent the $300-$500 paid for the subscription only to find the Muse Defective, with the poor temple sensors failing within a year, then being unable to contact the company at all - defective product and extremely poor customer service implies the company knows they have a poor product...

Sorry, this doesn't have anything to do with this video. I just ran into this question... from a friend... Do we have the AI and brain scan research set for finding and scoring racial bias? Can we score it yet (because we all have it - I just don't want your number to be above X as a police officer)?

The muse s and soundcore a10 haven't worked for sleep, it's made it worse actually. I have no trouble falling asleep, age 59, but always wake up after 4 hours. If I don't get up and instead listen to my oura ring sleep meditation, I can get back to sleep. Trying muse s and soundcore this week made it worse.

If I understand correctly-While there is substantial information and research available on neurofeedback in general, specific clinical trials or peer-reviewed studies focusing exclusively on the Mendi product may not be as readily available or might be limited. Correct?

This guy is definitely encouraging people here to buy mendi because of his affiliation with them. Mendi is just paying him and other scientists and mds to promote mendi because they need research money or for personal profit. The richer mendi gets, the richer these endorsed scientists and mds get. Lel

No I do not want to watch this, I have zero trust that this will provide access to information and not misinformation to waste your time (I already skip 80 percent of videos because I recognize the 'waste their time' algorithm they will just deny exists)? So if you are say, a Trump supporter, do you think you get the good stuff, or the quacky stuff? I am not political, just an observer. AI has potential, but it depends on why it is used.

The holy Grail of these companies is to put stealth brain tech into phones, and you already see this reported in China with their social credit score systems, but I am not able to confirm. No I do not trust these companies, by default they collect too much data, guess what they are looking at and waste my time. Keyboard typing predictive search patterns a softball example. Hitler and Stalin wanted loss of free will and total control, and no one should be able to convert peaceful tech into police state tech. For example, suppose your phone could read your thoughts about the leader of a certain country who demands his poster be displayed everywhere, or the teenager going through puberty etc. I warned them years ago, they do not want to listen? I don't care if the blind can now see if 30 years from now you all get rounded up to turn into slaves or worse, stop working on this stuff. It is not needed and creates needless risk. You do not want the ability to save or download memories, people could rape your children, download the memories in real time, then put them in you? Disgusting even thinking about how foolish these scientists are. That's the kind of power I hear they are working on, and it will destroy man yet another senseless world war?

So am I correct assuming there's nothing in this device scanning your brain waves it is simply an analog device utilizing multiple switches that can sense the contraction and expansion in the blood vessels in the back of your head just as you can with your fingers when looking in different directions

The middle part of the video is fascinating regarding how you don't really need to do anything, but your brain just automatically learns to associate the reward sounds with whatever it was doing to earn them (even if you yourself aren't exactly aware on a conscious level of what you were doing to earn them). Or at least that's how I understood what you were saying, and if that's the case it's great.

Dr. Joe has helped thousands through revolutionary science and alternative modalities; far more than Dr. Rall could possibly help in his lifetime, if he could help at all through allopathic medical practices. For years, Dr. Joe collected quantifiable research statistics with thousands of participants. Whether or not those statistics were published and made available to the extent that someone like Dr. Rall could review the evidential reporting, is Dr. Joe's business not Rall's. It is possible that Rall is reverse marketing himself, by inverting Dr. Joe's fine work and global contributions to societal betterment. Oh my....

Kasina by Mindplace has psychedelic effects, flashing colored lights (synced or not) in the left and right eye, lightweight glasses you can wear on a plane or wherever. It has many programs, more you can download, and the ability to program your own sound and light experience. It has a Color Organ feature to turn any music into a colorful light show. It also costs less.

Mindplace Kasons and other devices paired with audio tracks like from the “Neuroprogammer” software series has been doing this for decades. My first device I got 2004. This tech did work - but it usually takes longer sessions for the brainwave entrainment to work. What is nice about the light AND the sound is that it getting double the stimulation for better induction.

I had my eyes on this device ever since it was annouced but did not pulled the trigger after seeing major price changes and subscription services. I would recommend as the LiBa magnify as a great alternative, which has the advantage that its frequencies are highly customizable and you get warm as well as cold lights and the ability to pause your favorite frequencies for as long as you like. Not to mention the LFO function that automatically switches the light intensity higher than lower. Fun fact: these devices were called Digital DMT back in the day, and for good reason 🎉😂

It's really disappointing, Cody! This technology has been around for a long time in various forms, with many great products offering unique features. In the comments of your first video about the Neurovizr, there are numerous suggestions for alternatives. This latest video is hardly different from the first review and seems financially motivated. Your criticisms of Neurovizr are so carefully phrased that they don't make the product look bad, possibly to avoid harming any affiliate relationship you might have with Neurovizr. In this comparison video, you reused old footage from other devices and ended up not making any real comparisons. You've established yourself well in this field, built a wonderful community, and shared fascinating insights about the products you present. But with this foray into audio-visual entrainment, it feels like you've dropped the ball, turning to teleshopping without thoroughly researching other devices for potential comparisons. The Luminate app would have been an obvious choice for comparison, but an app that's easy for everyone to test and download might not be great for affiliate deals.

I like wearables like this one but I prefer the mountable devices. They give so much more 3D depth to all my sessions, and devices like the LiBa magnify flashes warm and cold lights as well. That coupled with the fact that I can pause the frequencies I enjoy, is making the LiBa my go to device for my light sessions

I'm totally loving ❤ the neurovizr and all those colorful geometric shapes and cool sound tracks. The mind-brightening, consciousness-raising effect is incredible. I am totally blown away by how much "Flying High" or "Blast Off" enhances my cognitive alertness, ease of being, and performance over the course of the day or how much "Sleep Dive" helps me sleep at night. I have so much to explore yet, though. I can imagine it brings out the kid not only in me but many adults who give it a go! Thanks much Dr. Cody for evaluating the device with rigor and for arranging for Neurovizr to offer us a 25% off coupon for it. I really feel it's one of the best investment's I've made in a nuerotech wearable!

I wonder if you would get blood flow while playing videos games. I wonder what kind of feed back you would get. Could you try it? Lots of kids play video games for hours. I think it hurts them. What device would tell the story of what’s happening in the brain while playing video games.

Any flashing lights device would work. Look up "The Use of Auditory and Visual Stimulation for the Treatment of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder in Children" By Larry S. Micheletti - their conclusion being that faster frequencies(high Beta and gamma) are more suitable than the lower ones(such as theta and delta) because of the innate bigger theta activity that already is present in the ADHD brain

I enjoy occasionally using the Lumenate app, I defiantly approach stuff like this as supplemental to my regular mindfulness practice. I'm skeptical these relatively expensive devices have much of an advantage over an app like Lumenate, I'd be really curious to see a double blind. One of the problems with consumer nuerotech is you don't know until after making a purchase which devices you'll use all the time and which be collecting dust six months later. Part of the problem is there's usually not affordable alternatives to dip your toes in. Light devices seem like they could be an expectation

@@CodyRallMD it has more and better programs. It has patterns for every eye, they are symmetrical but you should be getting similar experience. Now this is old tech, but it is better than this for sure. Because it follows binaural beats and flashes are timed to be delayed.

you need to evaluate the KASINA if you like that kaleidoscope effect Also standalone devices even the SENSAI are not where it's at: EEG driven (like Muse S) VR with after market attachments like (photobiomodulation or Vagus nerve stim) The muse S already can be worn simultaneously with Quest 3. With HR , o2 sat, accelerometer (breath pacing ), EEG input , Virtual Reality could produce impressive training(results) Especially if AI software is used to measure what state the person is in , output of: Visual, Audio (brainwave entrainment frequencies) could gradually lead user to quantifiable state. All of this could be paired with cool meditation games. Even better this could be run underlying in the background of ANY game ( that offers Mods).
