This is a great hack for the era, in my biased opinion. Pretty simple idea, but well executed. Reminds me of something I would have done lol. Galaga is one of my favourite games as well and I used to do a lot of rom hacking for as long as ROMs have been readily available.

You could review some arcade games if you would like, it would also add to the amount of Rom Hacks you could do.

This is why I love Game Genie. It's not just for cheating. It's for a whole new experience.

You were too good at the game that you crashed it.

The first level of a game shouldn't be this difficult. Bad game design IMO. Then again this was made by the same devs that later made "Superman 64", so no surprise it's bad.

The speed of this reminds me of a game that I played by Kemco a few years back. It was super fast for some reason, so I ended up turning it off after about 5 minutes. Lost my money on that one 😂
