watching this my back felt the pain. when i was a teacher in the countryside of Korea, i made this with my student’s family (we became really close) out further into the countryside in the mountains. we woke up at 5am to go make it, drove for 1hour. and at the end of the day my back was SCREAMING. we were incharge of mixing and then applying the kimchi paste to the cabbage and wrapping it up and putting it in the containers. and when we were done we all fell asleep - the best nap of my life for real
