@ID_UL_key I changed his motherboard, I just swapped a brand new one with an old one, because when it was before with the new and there was no problem, everything was working, otherwise the old motherboard works too, but it's with a google account and it has this problem only with the volume up button,which surprises me.And just one more question. Is it possible that due to some imperceptible technical problem in the phone, which is actually working, it is not possible to remove the google account (without software,only through the phone itself options), for example, the reason is some non-working small part inside...i don't know,the phone is Samsung S8 Plus?
