This is really true, whenever Matt and I do spin regularly I feel like I have so much energy, but we’ve recently had loads on and I’ve just fallen out of the habit and routine! I’ve never tried properly going to HIIT regularly but it’s definitely something I need to try so thanks for the recommendation. Whenever I have to juggle a few social plans with work and KZfaq and office time the first thing to go is always exercise! Ooh I never thought about omega 3! Xxx

Bleeker is my all time favourite, please give it another go! I think the first couple times I went I got a single and it’s just not juicy enough, also Matt and I both agreed that the deliveroo one was even better than the ones we’ve had at the locations, I think it’s the juices melting into the bun and the flavours all developing 🤣 you can tell I’m passionate about this hahah! God a bernaise burger sounds incredible though, it’s a shame they don’t sell it anymore as that is so up my street! Oh completely why would they get rid of it?! Yeah I’m not sure to be honest I think I bought that Elemis one when I was in the airport, so maybe it had been sitting there a while. Thanks lovely, just on my way into the office! The joys ha!
