That's me, down right, in the first picture of the boys.

It's a bit far fetched. Why would Fred and Barney wear their outdoor clothes if they had been asked to step in as substitutes in an ice skating show? They would wear the costumes provided, wouldn't they? Why were they asked anyway? There were many other skaters who could have stepped up to the main role. Surely they would be asked before two out of their time cavemen. Sure, Fred and Barney could turn replace the skaters who are now missing from the chorus line but they had no right to the principle roles. And what's this? They want me to believe the exact same scenario happened to Wilma and Betty?. A story arc too far. I just find it unbelievable, I'm afraid.

Why do Wilma and Betty look like they inspired the Strangers with those masks? I mean YIKES!

Good god, those are AWFUL suits. Thankfully, costume designs has improved leaps and bounds in 50 years.

I had to suffer through this every year. Holiday on ice, Disney on ice, the Flintstones on ice.

Yo lo ví en el Luna Park de Buenos Aires, supongo que a fines de los 70. No recuerdo bien porque era chica pero muchos años guardé una lámina del espectáculo. Entonces, le gustaba a mi madre, hoy, a mí me fascina el patinaje sobre hielo.

I loved the barrel jump routine - I think I saw it in two different shows. Usually, it involved the jumper slicing off part of the costume of one of the girls with his skates - the first time I saw it I thought it was really an accident, but when I saw it the second time and the same thing happened again, I guessed it was part of the routine, to show off how dangerous it was.

28:05 Rudy Galindo did a very similar routine as an exhibition piece many years later...
