You might need to mix up your own formula. The website called _behind the chair_ has good ideas for formulas

There in lies the catch. If I had the same skin and tone as young my grays would look fantastic on me but no so I dye it. You might fair better.

Why aren't hair stylists doing this for women who are going white , waiting for roots to grow all the way out?

Me, laughing at how totally different this would be if I did this on my own hair, which is down my back with a lot of it. 😂 I can't even part my hair into four sections.

It's Beau-ti-ful! I love the platinum look. I have been bleaching my hair for years, the last time I did it caused the most damage and breakage. I have since let my hair grow out and my hair is now down to my rear end with about 2 inches of blonde at the ends. My hair is thick and coarse and it is hard to lift. Any suggestions on changing that or ways to get a better lift without damaging my now healthy hair? I just discovered you on KZfaq and will check out some of your videos as you may already have the answers to my question. Thank you so much! Love your hair! ❤❤❤

As a former 80's metal band member I can say that you sort of got it right. The way we used to do it was #1 start with a pair of jeans that already started to fray in the knees, or at the very least were very worn thin. #2 find a spot where the fraying has started or start it yourself by rubbing your keys or something abrasive across it (I did this in class in college while wearing them, I don't recommend that!). This would almost always produce those fine white strings that are the hallmark of this look. The CHEESE GRATER is a great idea and will get you going on the right path just make sure you aren't wearing them when you use it! Another trick would be to use one of those wire brush attachments for drills or one of those brushes made for cleaning barbecue grills or the metal toothbrush type you can get at harbor freight. Always make sure to go horizontal. Additionally #3 razor cutting along the seams at intervals of an inch or so and then washing the jeans tended to give a nice shredded look as well. Rock on ,\m/

I never get how people can bleach their hair by themselves but when it comes to cutting hair not many ppl do it, for me I cut my own hair a lot but I’m too scared to bleach my own hair, well I better get over my fear since I want to be my own hair stylist lol

CON ESE TONO QUE LLEVA DECOLORACIÓN SE TERMINA DAÑANDO EL PELO. FIJENSE QUE LO TIENE MUY FINITO Y CORTO . LO DIGO POR EXPERIENCIA PORQUE YO USABA ESE COLOR Y SE ME QUEMO CUANDO ME LO HACIAN. LO MEJOR ES EVITAR DECOLORAR EL CABELLO . Y TENERLO LARGO Y SANO CON BRILLO. TODO DEPENDE DE NUESTRA BASE TAMBIEN .

I really need help someone to answer me. Because I can't seem to get a person from the salon to answer me correctly they just wanna judge I'm doing it myself I understand they could do good but it's less expensive if I learn to do it myself and at the moment my hair is bleached toned with ash blonde but now I wanna do ice white like this and I have everything for it. Do I tone on the already bleached hair with that ash blonde will it turn out? Or will I have to re bleach my whole head THEN tone the ice white after or do I wait a couple days to tone so my hair won't fall out? Just want honesty guidance

All I’m saying is school starts back up this Monday, and it’s time for me to redid the roots since their rooting lol and maybe fox the brassiness on my roots I use a generic brand on toner at my Sally’s that’s like $5 works AMAZING!! Lasted for a bit over 6 wks before I had to re do my hair. And it’s Friday currently… well Saturday morning since it’s 2 at and I know I’m going to Sally’s when they open tomorrow ❤❤❤ I usually use 30 volume developer for the whole head but I think for the roots ima use 20 developer so thanks
