So I JUST got this bag and there are NO words!!! This is by far the most I have ever spent on a bag and a b* was losing sleep!! But I got it and I can see why it is so expensive. The leather is so smooth and rich. The quality if the details and stitching is impeccable. The smell and the color killed me!!! The view online gives this bag no justice. Ladies if u get this u will NOT regret it. I took it out and IMMEDIATELY felt fabulous not bc of the cost but the color just exudes sexiness and class. Can't talk enough about this. I sleep about 7 to 9 hours a night, but I'm medicated. I am team no TV in the bedroom. Good sleep hygiene is key. The phone stays plugged in next to the bed, but on do not disturb. My Google Pixel has a bedtime mode. It's awesome. Thanks for a great video.

I am going to check out the compression socks, I shut off my phone by 10 pm and I leave it off until I do what is necessary after I wake up. I get about 6-8 hours of sleep and keep track of it through my watch. I do on average 8K steps. Quick tip, when you get on the phone GET UP AND MOVE while talking. Some phone calls can get me half way to my 10k steps. I started the liquid collagen after you posted it and have been taking probiotics for years. Looking to see how Spoiled Chile will do for me after the first bottle. It tastes GREAT! My skin is good but... who couldn't use a boost?! Self care is SELF LOVE and we don't have too much of that so more is always appreciated.

I strive for 7 hours of sleep each night. Less than 6 and 1/2 I'm useless.

I'm almost 65 and I wear compression socks to work. I started wearing them as a recommendation from my doctor about 4 years ago because I was getting varicose veins. The varicose veins have virtually stopped advancing. I wish I had worn them all my life. They also stopped my feet from swelling when I'm working all day long. My feet and calves feel so much better at the end of the day. I try to encourage my younger co-workers to wear them now.
