I do not think the dog is blind when they're out like that for a long time. Their eyes get stuck together from the dirt and filth I would bet. He's not blind, take him to the vet as soon as possible. Save him, please, if I was there I would take him but I'm not there. Please do the best thing you have helped them now take him to the vet and I'm telling you, he's not blind. His eyes are stuck together from filth and dirt that he's been living in.

The swimming pool is not very deep. You could have gone down and taken it out, but you preferred to get many views by photographing it. Your work, and if it looks good on the outside, is bad on the inside. Whoever wants to be rescued does not take out his phone and take a picture and then show off about it.
