Interior colour is wrong, wheels are wrong colour , promo car not a tv car, so no its not a genuine General Lee

One could argue that the screen used cars were, in fact, replica's as they were just base model 318 cars built to look like a 440 r/t charger (thats the reason the interior was a different colour). This one is one of only five genuine 440 general lee's built by General Lee Enterprises, so that in itself makes this a rare find and the fact that it has also been jumped, I don't think anyone could say that it is "just a replica". It could be said that it is the only real general lee in existence.

@@bmack24674 nope, screen used cars are genuine cars, this is a replica of the screen used cars, and not a good one at that considering the interior is completely the wrong colour. To say its the only real General Lee in existence is patently false when there are verified screen used jump and hero cars known to be in private hands.

the only thing I have left is the front gtx emblem from my 70 GTX.....I had to sell it..... then I got a great job and bought it back.... the day I was to pick it up...... a tractor trailer lost control and totaled my 26,0000 mile baby...... That was in 1978...... and still when I see that emblem hanging in my shed..... I get that sick feeling the day I lost my love!

Older video, when Chevrolet built the best, 67 years ago this car rolled off the assembly line, this car is perfect, the two doors are more desirable I know, still this is one BEAUTIFUL 57 Chevrolet, love all the TRI-FIVES, they built some CLASSICS in the 50's, 60's and 70's, they all had STYLE, look at the $ MONEY $ they are bringing today, THANKS for sharing this Beautiful 57 Chevrolet.

Probably better than when new,a terrific vehicle. Rare 250 2V motor icing on the cake. Shame no decent camera shot of the engine badges. The 2V badge differed from the regular 250 one. Thanks for the upload 😁👍
