Hello. I have recently imported a Lexus RX450H 2021 from Japan. A very important question to raise here. As you know the navigation, fm doesn't work in JDM model, have you tried for a software upgrade from a Lexus dealership? Do they do it or they don't since they are jealous that the imports are coming in and they are running out of potential buyers? You can't use My Lexus App Australia and several other features. Please describe your experience if you can. Thanks

Hi guys not sure if you will get this but here goes. how much for third party fire and theft in rual Victoria, 50 year old driver never had a accident and will keep the car in a lockup garage I am looking for a 2009 V6 alphard 7 seater.

Hi John, you'd need to contact insurance company for a quote. I don't recommend buying a V6 Alphard as it not legal for importation into Australia. Those ones are smuggled into the country under disguise of welcabs.

So you have to install anchor points to fit third row car seats? Otherwise its just the middle row then.. Do the car seats comfortably fit in middle row captain chairs?

Correct. They come with just two ISOFIX by default. Yes, it's a good fit

What a timely video, I can't help but notice what great value the imported RX450H Fsports models are. And the more economical 2WD is appealing. I would be interested to know what a battery replacment costs and if parts are same as local models?

Glad you liked it! Thank you. On average, it's around $7,000 to replace the battery, however, most people replace one or two cells when hybrid starts playing up and the cost is a few hundred dollars only.
