50:50 The fuse coming off of a front battery going to the rear of the vehicle is always sized based on the wire since that is what it is protecting. The wire needs to be sized for the load. a Kicker CXA1200.1 has a recommended fuse size of 150 amps. So you want to run a copper 1/0 front to rear. You can run a 300 amp fuse up front near the battery and then a 150 amp fuse right near the amplifier. Make sure you're getting a real good connection from the amplifier ground wire to the chassis and make sure to add at least a 4 gauge wire from the chassis to the battery negative.
