also the hollow cheeks show he is skinny... Jesus tried to show us gluttony is not the way...

@@catherineensor3873 Ooohhhh, that is such a close resemblance!!!! Great guess! But believe it or not, he is not Holly Marie's reference figure.

Where’s parts 2 & 3??? I NEED the video tutorial for my autistic brain
@ytfan01Ай бұрын
Thanks for the video. For the benefit of those who've done this tutorial and are missing the other parts, here's how I overcame it! To finish it off, because the tutorials are missing for the roof and base, I did the roof as per the video by Nerdy Creations called "Countdown Day 4: Crocheted Tardis | #DoctorWho Part 1". Although her Tardis is very different to this, I ignored it all and just followed the roof bit. Jump to 36:40 of that video for the roof. I found it fitted perfectly on this Tardis, which was lucky, but first of all you need to join the Tardis as we were left with it flat! So I held it together with the right sides facing out and did a row of double crochet (UK terms) in both loops of both edges, which not only joined it into a square, but also added the final ridge, which was missing. (Note: Before this video with the missing parts cuts off, it shows the top edge of the Tardis being neatened in white but I undid that and neatened it in blue as the white would have looked odd with the roof from the other video. I also did a blue neatening row of double crochet along the bottom edge in the back loops only to try to give it a slight ridge.) I made my own base by double crocheting a square of 8 stitches wide and then double crocheted around all 4 edges to neaten and slightly enlarge it. This fitted perfectly. For the beacon/flashing light I think I did a magic circle of about 4 double crochet in white with a 2mm hook, and continued going round in 4 stitches until it was the desired height, using the tail to sew it to the roof. Before attaching it I threaded a needle with blue yarn and put some blue stitches in the beacon to make it look like a blue stripe all around. For the window panes, before stuffing the Tardis, I made a 3 ply piece of blue yarn into 2 ply and sewed the horizonatal and vertical lines on for the panes. I also sewed on a door handle in white. I'm fairly new to crochet so an expert might suggest something different/better to all this, but I'm happy with the outcome and apart from the thumbnail for this video, which isn't easy to study on all media, there wasn't much to go on as to how the finished piece should look. Hope this helps those who are stuck with a half finished Tardis! 😃

I watched this video to see how she does the curl, and she skipped over that. Maddening.

I'm finishing a blanket for a friend. The sides were not frayed for the first washing. How can I get the fringes on the sides to fluff? I've tried washing and drying and they're still not fluffy.

I just came across this video, I thought I had invented this way of making squares for a blanket, LOL, I made mine in 3 colours, light blue, dark blue and white, it is working up so much quicker then doing individual squares. Wish I had found this video earlier, very helpful.

I'm sorry to say your sound is very poor, at the same time accompanied with a disturbing back stage music. Your distinguished crotcher or she who is speaking also have to speak up a bit, she is too blurry though her skills.
