I'm 15 and weigh 120lbs, training very serious for like two yrs (almost 16) and my lifts still suck, still have only done 135 on bench and 200lbs squat. What am I doing wrong

Just need to take time on perfecting form and recovery, like stretching, mobility, etc. Don’t forget to eat good and up your protein intake.

You’re also only 15 and a half, so your body will develop muscle a bit slower because you’re young. Keep on lifting tho!
