This is very good. Gave me peace to watch it. I have another suggestion you might like. Do this without cooking the tortilla first. After rolling it out, put the potato stuffing in and fold as you did. Press the sides so it doesnt fall out while cooking and then cook on both sides. It turns out really delicious.

@@Lilukitchen Different regions name it differently. In my region, it is called "içli çörek" but in other places it is also called "gözleme" or "börek". Çörek and börek are some generic names for a variety of pastries so when you search, you will probably find various types of food. But you'll know the one I'm talking about. It will resemble yours a lot 😊.

Ingredients: 300g cream cheese 150g whipping cream 7g all-purpose flour 60g sugar 2 eggs Mix the ingredients thoroughly and pour into a baking mold. Bake at 220°C for 25-30 minutes. Preheat the oven 10 minutes before. After the cake is baked, let it cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Ingredients: 50g vegetable butter 4 potatoes 1 onion 500g mushrooms 40ml coconut milk 10g flour 5g cornstarch 2 tablespoons chopped parsley 1.5 liters water Cilantro Instructions: Sauté the onion with vegetable butter until translucent. Add all the ingredients to the pot and bring to a boil for 30 minutes. Mix 40ml coconut milk with 5g cornstarch, then add it to the pot, stirring well, and turn off the heat.

Ingredients: 4 eggs 50g sugar 1g salt 180g cake flour 20g almond powder 70g vegetable oil 30g matcha powder 1 packet of pudding mix 40g chocolate 320ml milk Instructions: Mix eggs, sugar, salt, cake flour, ground peanuts, vegetable oil, matcha powder, and 70ml of milk. Then refrigerate for 30 minutes. Heat a pan, pour in the batter, spread thinly, and cook both sides evenly. For the pudding: mix pudding mix, milk, and chocolate, then cook until thickened. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Spread the pudding onto the crepes, fold the crepes, stack three folded crepes together, roll them up, and arrange them like in the video continuously. Use paper to shape the cake, then refrigerate for 1 hour. Tadaaa! Wishing you success with this beautiful cake.

Ingredients: 50g Whipping cream 150g strawberry puree 80g cookies 30g melted butter Cake mold 15cm×7cm 10g gelatin 250g cream cheese 40g sugar 2g vanilla extract 5ml lemon juice Food coloring Instructions: Mix melted butter with cookies to create the cake base. Mix cream cheese with sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, whipping cream, and strawberry puree. Divide into 3 portions and add food coloring from light to dark. Pour each mixture into the mold, spaced 30 minutes apart in the freezer. Then refrigerate for 3 hours.

Cookie part, or you can buy it in Supermarket Ingredients: 120 grams of butter 120 grams of powdered sugar 1 egg (60 - 65g/egg including shell) 3 ml vanilla extract (Not mandatory) 200 grams of flour Mix all the ingredients into a mixture, let it rest for 20 minutes, then shape it as desired. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake at 170°C for 12-15 minutes. Crush the baked cookies, then add 100g of melted butter, and spread evenly on the cake base. Ice cream part: Ingredients: 150g gelatin 400g unsweetened yogurt 100ml whipping cream 250g sugar 25g green tea powder Dissolve gelatin in 50ml water. Whip the whipping cream, then mix with yogurt, sugar, and gelatin until well combined. Divide into 2 parts, mix one part with green tea powder. Pour the white part into the mold and refrigerate for 1 hour, then pour the remaining green tea part and refrigerate for another 2 hours until the cake sets. Ingredients: 1 egg (use only the egg white) 55g almond flour 95g powdered sugar (use powdered sugar to prevent the cake surface from cracking) Food coloring if desired Instructions: -Sift 65g powdered sugar with 55g almond flour twice. Then separate the egg white from the egg yolk. Beat the egg white until foamy, then gradually add 30g powdered sugar while continuing to beat until stiff peaks form (do not overbeat). If desired, mix in food coloring at this stage. Then gently fold the almond flour and powdered sugar mixture into the beaten egg white using the folding technique, being careful to gently fold to avoid breaking the air bubbles in the beaten egg whites, as this could prevent the cakes from rising properly -Pipe the batter onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.Tap the baking tray firmly three times to release any air bubbles. Dry the surface of the cakes by placing them in an oven preheated to 120°C for 4 minutes, making sure to open the oven door briefly then close the door and bake at 140°C (284°F) for 14 minutes. Adjust the temperature according to your oven -Allow the cakes to cool completely before removing them from the parchment paper Wishing you success❤
