I ended up at Ganja NEXTLEVEL and it was my first time trying Tsukemen. I think the cold noodles was not my favourite thing but the broth was beautiful. Last time I visited Japan in April 2023, I had the Kanazawa Rich Tonkotsu, and I loved that one most. I just wanted to try something new :)
