Many thanks for uploading this recipe 🙏 Can you tell me if I should put them in the fridge or store at room temperature and for approximately how long can they be consumed ? (I understand as it is a fresh product it’s always best to be prudent) I searched the internet but could only find approx 5 day but not the method of preservation.

Love your recipes! I’ve made this a few times and it is so good. The last couple of times I made it, however, I noticed it is softer and stickier than usual. Do you know what could cause that?

it could be the steamer you used. Don't let the water on steamer lid drop into the cakes!
