Admin I want to ask, why Malaysia don't use the Japanese manufacture? Respone pls << From KL
@YKCRailway-ei4mk26 күн бұрын
The first reason is that Japanese manufacturers are not very keen to produce for the international market, as it is costly to produce products to foreign standards. The second reason is political: while Thailand and Indonesia sometimes opt for Japanese-standard railway systems, the Malaysian government usually opts for Chinese-made ones.

@@YKCRailway-ei4mk Not producing is not the reason, from what you see it's not only in Thailand and Indonesia, the question is that rolling stock is all over Southeast Asia, Malaysia when again? I don't support any world class design and I don't like others , Open your eyes

I want to ask why Malaysia's trains don't use Japanese manufacturing, always from China and European Siemens, Korea only has one, namely the putrajaya MRT, Unlike Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines which use trains from Japan, even though Japanese trains are reliable they are even superior for commuter & MRT bases, please answer, greetings from Borneo

If thery are going to run "refurbished" Conmege trains on the Metro lines what about running the Tait Trains also, hey let's put the old red rattlers back in the system, and maybe the old Hitachi trains too, I've seen the shit box Siemens Trains on the Pakenham and Cranbourne lines, so let's start running more older running stock, I know we can't have the old Blue Harris trains because they're buried in a quarry because of a asbestos issue, hey what about bringing back the old steam trains?..

Nice! Just to add that Express Selatan can also be pulled by the Class 25 locomotives, not just Class 24. And also the Class 26 locomotives, which is usually used for cargo, can be used to haul the Shuttle Tebrau & Express Selatan trains should the need arise.
