I have just watched his previous vid about the history, and he does not mention how the name came about! The most obvious thing at the beginning. He gave the Spanish name, the said the folks came because of the WATER! No oil or gold. Then said the hotel was the beginning of getting the celebs in. Then all the rich folks bought mansions. So how did it get the name???? I am still waiting for the history .......

The apartments along Ocean Ave. are $300 to $500 a month. They are rent controlled. My friend live on this block for $425 a month. $ 5100. a year .

😂😂😂 it’s a beautiful house made of stucco, plaster/sheetrock, kitchen cabinets, closets etc. The price is the asking price but I’m sure the actual price will be much lower than that. In today’s market, everything is higher.

Wonderful indeed, but... Don't you agree that to truly enjoy all this beauty, immortality and eternal youth should be present? Otherwise it would be just a glimpse, in time and space. It's been privately available for months so, if someone was willing to overpay for it... it would have been sold. The asking price is just for attention. It'll sell for $45-50 million. The house is beautiful and honestly it is the only "mega estate" on the market in Los Angeles that is current design wise so it has that going for it. Add to it a large lot, south facing with a rare view in Beverly Park and it's a pretty interesting offering. Additionally, Beverly Park North Homeowners Association had filed a lawsuit against the developer over the pool being built in violation of the bylaws so I question where that is before you sign on the dotted line here.

it is worth it, 3k per sqft at 28k sqft equals around 90 million dollars USD. You may dislike the style, but that doesn't make it less worth it
