Yeah, I don’t know why it does that sometimes. I spend a lot of time and the adjustments trying to make it not do that most of the time it works OK but every once in a while it messes up during the upload.

@@Werner-l6i boy that might be out of my realm of knowledge to know specifically what wire. I’m kind of one of those guys that just welded by feel and sound. I have done sheet metal work on my lowered trucks in the past many years ago but again I was just kinda given a welder and was told to try on some junk sheet metal till I figured it out. All I can say is lots and lots of spot welds far enough apart to prevent distortion in the sheet metal

Just the other day I was at my buddies garage and he was tinkering around with some sheet metal welding. I did not have the time to record the occasion nor was he really interested in being on camera however, we did take the time to compare the quality of weld between the 110 V adapter and the 220 V. And the 220 had a nice crisp sound to it like sizzling bacon 110 did fine as well however, you could feel the difference as you were welding.

I would skip the stagger unless you like looking at it. I think you’re correct in that you have access to the totes from 2 sides, but I think that’s only on 1 end (the top on your sketch) plus 1 more tote. Otherwise your tracks are going to get in the way. - - NOW I SEE YOUR NUMBERING SYSTEM, NM, YOU DO HAVE ACCESS TO EACH CORD AS YOU NEED TO PUKL IT. - - - I struggle with this too. What I have found effective, is to place the baskets oldest baskets in a single row with access to their right side as well as front, then I leave a about 20 inches gap to the next row, just enough room for the track to pass by. (You do get some weeds, but they are manageable with roundup).
