I’m really interested in exp, but it seems like every video I watch is a coach or team lead. No one seems to actually sell real estate. Which is odd.

Well @steve8105 - eXp Realty closed more transaction sides than any other brokerage in the world in 2023. Couldn't be further from the truth. Look around at signs in your neighborhood, you'll find them. The reason you see videos by sponsors like myself is due to the revenue share benefit where eXp gives the agents the benefits from growing the company, but that only works when agents sell homes. :)

I’m a wholesaler doing at least 10 deals per year… Thinking about getting my license because of legislation.. How much of my profits would they take if I joined exp?
