I pulled my upper arm at practice significantly I went to the hospital hoping I don't have to get surgery done I didn't know what I was doing but I closed my eyes for a few moments then opened them hoping everything will be ok then the doctor came in and said I didn't need surgery and that nothing was broken I went home and a couple of days later everything was healed I can move it fine now I thank God for his mercy, healing and presence that he was with me on that day may God bless and be with you all

Hello, I'm doing all right. My music production software had been giving me some troubles the last few days and tonight I was finally able to finish up a track. It helps me feel better when I'm down. I'm also seemingly coming down with something... But otherwise good. How about you?

Please note the the nature sounds and script are not correctly mixed. It may be difficult to hear. When I created this meditation I needed to build my confidence where I was struggling with things like multitasking and feeling appreciated by my coworkers. So it may not be suited to your situation. I enjoy the meditation, and you have a calming voice. The music in the background it’s a bit loud, and if I turn up the volume, the music gets louder and still difficult to hear your calming voice.

The fact that I feel most of these statements are untrue for me, makes me even more anxious as my mind is extra aware all of these things are untrue. This is the trouble with positive affirmations for me in general. If anyone has had the same thing and learned how to listen to these without the mind commenting “Not!” “Untrue!” “False!” PLEASE SHARE! 😢❤️

Oh my world. I had listened to so many guided meditations so far at the different time of the day but didn't have this type of experience. I went out for my dog's walk..had my breakfast and was thinking of going to gym ( i am fat and hate the gym). My lethargy took over me and i went to my bed for 1/2hr rest (10.15am 😢). Got on to youtube and this one popped up. Got my earbuds on my both ears and just closed my eyes while sitting in a straight posture (because of my back problem). Wow after 10 minutes and 20 seconds I found myself totally bent (my head nearly in my own lap) got straight without any pain+my eyes and face all wet with tears saliva coming out of mouth but feeling great and bizzarely i feel as my eyesight is clearer than b4 as well. Hell, what has happened to me just now. I know some people might be thinking " YUCK" but I am very happy to find myself in such sort of mess anytime if it gives me so much peace. Thank you so much. i recently got a new job at one of my dream organizations (my 3rd day starts in 2 days!) and even though it's an entry position, my excitement AND anxiety is through the roof. realistically, i think i am capable and that i'm doing a good job, but that doesn't really ease the incredible tightness in my chest the day before. this video has been helping calm me! thank you~~

I started a new job that was meant to be an assistant position, but it’s actually a manager position. My anxiety is through the roof. The level of responsible is staggering and there’s never a moments pause. I’m hoping doing some meditation might help me manage my despair.

That sounds extremely difficult and I hope meditation this helps. If not, I hope you have some additional support. Perhaps a different channel that has similar work meditations, a friend or family member to talk to and blow off steam, or therapist to give more tactics to utilize in this new position? I am going through a rough patch currently, having been promoted recently and struggling to get a grasp of the entire scope. I was also admitted to a mental wellness clinic and I'm back at work. I need to post this. This works. I have been struggling all week with debilitating work anxiety, I slept with this meditation on, then tried some other long ones, basically listened to these all night thru my Bluetooth sleep mask and I did not wake up at 4 am throwing up with anxiety.. I actually feel alright.. thank you!!! So much !!! I’ll be listening nightly ❤

I hope this night is a little easier. Not because of the meditation, but because I'm just sending you a big heart hug. Also ignore this if you don't find it helpful but I find that water is very soothing. If I'm extremely anxious I'll take epsom salt bath, short shower, or simply soaking my feet in a small container (weird I know but it's faster than the aforementioned if I have little energy) I found that water is really helps slow down those thoughts. I pair it with ambient music, too. All the best 🏵️

Looking forward to listening to this daily. I’ve been off work for 4 years with anxiety and mental health issues, and I just went back 2 weeks ago.. I am literally choking on panic from 4am onward.. I don’t need to be there till 8:15! I spend from 4am till like 7 just dealing with physical anxiety symptoms like cold sweat, hot skin, brutal stomach upset, I’m hoping this helps and this passes.. I know I’m capable of doing this job.. reading all these comments def helped me feel a bit better tho 😊

I fell asleep right after listening to this. I’d been suffering from insomnia due to my severe anxiety at my new job for two days. I know I will do well at my job today. I will surprise even myself. I won’t fear or stutter while talking to clients. I would say the right words and speak calmly with no hint of fear. This job is one of the best jobs ever. I have no regrets about joining this organization. Everyone supports me and I’m proud of my growth.

I am sure meditation was lovely and would have loved to have listened to entire video. The thunder sound was SO distracting and hijacked my nervous system and could not relax with its sporadic annoying sound. sorry background noise did not work for me.

Every single time I listen to this, doesn't matter what time of day, it puts me right to sleep. It makes me so relaxed that I fall right off into peacefulness. I always feel better after listening to this. I'm still being trained at my job and I lose my self confidence and patience in myself a lot. This definitely helps. Thank you so much❤
