How do you avoid injury when practicing the low leg sweep.

No disrespect intented but that 2 man form looks like the one from the opening from the Eagle Claw movie "Eagles Claw" !

I do have Master Lee's Book that was published by Leung Ting, I'm going to take look at it .

My system is more attack oriented than most asian systems which seem to be centered around a counterattacking philosophy.

You're doing movements I've been developing for my family system, except I do a low kick to the knee with the elbow snap and I deliver my lead round punch with an open hand stepping forward and leaping off the rear foot (like a gazelle punch) plus I use overhanded chops and palm smashes . But your system is way more developed than mine and very speed oriented.

I already do similar stretches. The side stretch I got from Franco Columbu the body builder and the knee rotation I got from Kwon Wing Lam.

It is a wonderful system.
