I had everything going well. Had 3 investment properties. The 3rd went to hell. My back broke and I had to try to manage the project from afar. The contractors stole money, materials and destroyed the house. I was put over 100k in debt, went through a year of lawsuits and sold the property at a loss. I'm working to dig myself out now.
