Brilliant ideas, and so very cute. You did a great job, and I am most impressed. I suppose it just takes a little imagination, to think up some other ideas. You certainly gave some great advice, as to how to make some festive hotdogs. Thank you for an excellent video. Ignore the negative comments. This was one of the best videos I have watched, to give me some information, as to what I can do, with just ordinary bread dough. I give you five stars, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ and a great big hug 🤗🌹.

If you are going to post a recipe at least get your ingredients measurement right! I was going to buy you coffee but I just wasted my money on my ingredients as your measurements are incorrect!

I'm sorry it didnt work out for you :( i still use this recipe to this day and it always works for me. Did you try to add half a cup more flour to your dough to make it less sticky? In the future you can also always just add more flour (half cup at time) to any bread recipe if it is too sticky, then let it rise, shape, and bake. That way you will still have delicious bread and will not have wasted any ingredients.

Thank you soo much for showing the proofing and the baking! I have been shown a lot of dough shaping videos by the KZfaq algorithm but they always stop after the shaping. It made me suspicious to not try it because the intricate shapes they made didn't really seem like they would hold up to proofing and baking. These on the other hand look pretty, delicious, and you have shown that my time won't be wasted trying them out!

THANK YOU!! It's not easy to find a good recipe for apple berry filling. My husband bought a box of frozen Apple Berry Blossoms and after only 60sec in the microwave, they were incredible! I'm excited to make a batch for my family. The only difference is the blossoms were made with pie shells instead of pastry. What I’d like to do is make the blossoms and turnovers and freeze some separately. I was hoping to just pop one in the microwave like the ones he bought. Would you happen to have any thoughts or suggestions? They would be greatly appreciated. God bless! ✿✿✿

I have a kitchenaid stand mixer do you think I could make a double batch of dough all at once?
@jnemiller
@jnemiller Жыл бұрын
I'd say give it a whirl. I've done double batches of much sturdier bread dough in mine and they come out okay. This is a fairly slack dough (with a nice fluffy end result) I would expect it to be okay. I was thinking about doing a double-batch to share at our next game night. If you do it before then, please share your results. 🙂

Are the hotdogs cooked before baking?

Hers looked pretty dry in the video, so I decided to do a quick 40 seconds in the microwave for 8 dogs and a wipe down / cool down before I wrapped them in the dough. (I used cheapy ole Farmer John dogs from Costco). No gaps between the dog and the dough in final product, so I was very happy with the results. If you have high quality/oily dogs, it may need more time so you don't end up with a gap between the dog and the dough. I wonder if you could lightly flour the dogs to alleviate that...hmm... :-)
