Lana needs her Vaporeon, replace Toxapex with Sandy. For Kiawe, I'd replace Torkoal with a Camerupt and give him a Magmortar instead of Arcanine. I'd nix Gladion entirely and have Lillie be the fourth E4 member instead. She'd specialize in Ice-Types. Snowy would evolve, she'd catch and evolve that Alolan Sandshrew, she'd pick up a Snom and Galarian Darumaka to evolve as well whilst she, her mom, and Gladion were looking for Mohn. And Magearna of course would be her 5th and last Pokémon for the team.

That's who I would have chosen for his Alolan Elite Four. The other three semifinalists in the tournament and Lana, my underdog favorite. She's had moments with the class where she was the best at vaulting over tall hurdles (the episode with Stackataka) and easily throwing the throwing stars and hitting the targets with a flick of the wrist (Kantonian Gym in Malie City). She's also shown interest in battling and getting fired up, but just not as demonstratively as Ash and Kiawe.

Well it would depend on the rivalry and strong bond with him, and my picks would be: Misty Paul Gladion Kiawe And their Pokemon teams would be based on the anime are: Misty: Politoad, Psyduck, Starmie, Corsola and Gyarados. Interesting idea for an Elite 4. Personally, instead of Lucario for Gladion, I would've given him Noivern since that's a Pokémon he was briefly shown with in the anime
