Thanks Tod! Normally I try to duplicate stuff above my skill level, been doing that for a while. I can still picture what I'm hearing on most records; until recently though I could after a fashion just bash it out after a couple of listens. Since taking time out I cant keep the time on a straight blues anymore. I mean the camera was rolling for a good 20 minutes to even get that down. Do you think there are a lot of people skipping basics? I'll go and check your channel to see your playing. I bet you play just great. A humble comment like that usually only comes from a great player. Appreciate your comment. Encouraging.

Nice to know it took you a while to get this, because you make it look so easy! Thanks for your kind words on my playing, and for the subscription. (And yes, I do think a lot of players don't spend enough time on the basics. But while this piece may seem basic to you, from my point of view it really does seem quite advanced - particularly when played so well!)
