Jeff states that any reps from 5-30 are all very similar for muscle growth as long and they are taken to failure or 1-3 reps in reserve.

Some people already have fully saturated muscles, so creatine won’t have a effect on them but they get the benefit for free. So the only real downside is the price

All these variations of pull downs, cross pulls etc are great to mix in and change things up, but the undisputed king of lat exercises remains pull ups/weighted pull ups. Barbell rows are good, too, if your lower back is in good shape.

This 45° degree thing works good for me. Earlier I used to do it with wide grip which led to clicking and pain in my shoulder joints.

The only correct way to do the bulgarian split squats is not to them them at all! They absolutely give you nothing compared to the regular squat. The Bulgarian weightlifting team never practised them. The myth of the bulgarina split squat dates backto a bulgarian strenght coach who populrized them in the US in the late 80s. One, there is nothing Bulgarian about these, and two, they give nothing over a normal lunge. And regular sqauts are by far superior.
