How long have your pictures been on the wall? I found after hanging them with the strip for a couple of years, it is very difficult to pull it off. The strips dry out and become brittle.

If the rent is lower than your mortgage, I wouldn’t hold on personally; however, if the rent exceeds the mortgage payments (if any), then, it’s much more attractive to hold as long as it doesn’t push your debt to income ratio into a territory that prevents you from buying anything else of interest… wow, I forgot to say a lot 😂

People are being forced to have their property be reevaluated to see what it should cost in today’s market. And tomorrow it may not be worth as much. But today you are going to pay this much money. Because i could rip your house down and place a starbucks and make this much money. It is ridiculous. Idk how we let ourselves get to this point.

@@foddy2030 i think what goes into that is the tax that comes from gasoline. And if you use an electric vehicle, you get a special road tax. Income tax is enough. We dont need property taxes forcing people out of their business or home. I could give you a multimillion dollar house for free and you wouldnt be able to keep if because of property tax. Just proves how corrupt our government is. Oh that is a nice house you got there. You should give me money because you own it-even if you never plan to sell it. Feels like a shakedown from your local gangbangers and was SUPPOSED TO BE TEMPORARY. But like every other “temporary” thing our government does-it is still here.

Maybe every now and then they need more, like if they had tons of new roads to build, but at this point neither property or income tax is the main source of money for roads. It all goes toward whatever political figures feel like doing with it today. And they loooove wasting it on other countries lately. Or bailing out companies would would have been fine if they didnt open 20 new stores for no reason. Or would have been fine if they didnt raises prices so much they lost half their customers.

That's 75 days of life on the average 2,000 calorie/day diet, which is arguably more than the average rich prick is worth over their entire life.
