I've done it had an exstra hand to complete the job . But the best idea is to take it to a mechanic this isn't as easy as it looks
@sharpcarco9 сағат бұрын
Oh, I didn’t find it difficult at at all and I really didn’t think there was anything too challenging about it How much would it took to take it to a mechanic 600 $900 was it six or $900 challenging?

@@sharpcarco it costed me around 700 dollars buying belt pulls tool and new battery plus belt another hundred the garage would of did it plus buying exstra clips some broke. And no space to pull it out it scraped along entire radiator until I found a place wide enough to pull it out of an 08

Much easier way is to remove the exhaust pipe, and bring the alternator up the firewall and bring it out the top and replace the exact same way, took me an hr and a half. No need to remove the tie rods or anything like that.
@sharpcarco2 күн бұрын
Was yours a four-cylinder? And how the hell did you get the O2 sensor off if it was a six-cylinder? I’m kind of curious how all these people that don’t work on cars for living say things like this is the first time I’ve ever actually had someone say to do it that way. But I don’t quite understand how removing the intake and removing the exhaust manifold is simpler than doing what I did. no chance of breaking anything the way that I did it.

Thanks for this! My well has suddenly dropped pressure and only has pressure when the pump is running. Pretty sure either the fitting to the pump is broke/cracked or there is a crack somewhere in the well pipe. Gotta pull it up and take a look and this made me feel more comfortable doing so

I don’t know much about doing these things. I just made this video because I seen that there wasn’t step-by-step videos out there. I would assume that your check valve is bad . But I’m no professional. Although I’ve had quite a few professionals, tell me how I was not a professional yet none of them seem to make a video about doing this ….. And since I’m at it …. I should say to tell them……. oh never mind I’ll let them figure it out….. By the way, I’ve had about 300 people asked me to come over to their house and do this for them ….

Clay, you and your family are great Americans. You are showing us how American has changed against the people who work and care for their families. The country is now worried for the corporations. Your videos show how ingenious you are when finding solutions for regular people's cars. Yet the country does not help the ones who hold it together. May our thoughts and acts of kindness find it's way to you and your family. I thank you for all the help you provide in your repair videos.

We’re not hurting for we’re just hurting from spending all of ours not to give people the wrong impression I paid my insurance and my insurance should be paying for the things that he needs not me . I suppose that’s the way I should’ve put it.

I have thought of that. I wasn’t sure if that was like the best thing to do. But maybe that’s what needs to be done. I suppose that’s better than getting an actual attorney even though the legislation has not been very good to us. It was one of them crimes that is so unimaginable that they just assumed it would never happen…. So the legislation and the legislators as well.

Purchased a water pump from my local napa with a lifetime warranty. Less than one year later it goes out and and napa can’t find it in their system that I ever bought it. They “Looked deeper “ and said “we have not sold that pump in over 2 years” I then showed the receipt and got my replacement. Just goes to show you how they will treat you if they can get away with it.
