I have this tool, just tried it for the first time yesterday. It keeps cycling off, only heating for 10 seconds then you can feel it stop working. Is this normal?

Dear friend, normal, this tool should can heating about 60Sec, then stop heat and start cooling, you can use it heat again after 30 sec cooling time. hope can help you.

scam video, that's a thin pipe (hollow core) with a cap welded to make it appear a solid metal bar/rod.. a solid rod of this diameter wouldn't get cherry red with 1000 watts power!

Я по русски Грубо по шестерням вертикально настройки высоты получилось - чуть чего и перегрев пилы . Получается пользоваться винтом настройки. с ним как то спокойнее особенно когда дочистить надо чуть чуть. Ход пневматический подачи инструмента почти не используем - ну пошли на ручную работу Регулировки планки не было - а разные пилы просится по разному подгибать при зажиме. Не понял с ограничением хода чтобы зубы не спилить - лучше чтобы было и тогда можно работать с прореззью в планке узкими чуть не сзади .. Там направляющие точнее ведут инструмент. Сама же идея стабилизоровать скорость подачи инструмента неплоха. Но регулировка то где и туда по подаче и по ниже круг? То есть поле для доработки широкое и может быть получится машинка гораздо лучше разных SMP от IDEAL WERK

Я рад, что у вас есть конструктивные предложения. На самом деле в части регулировки высоты имеется байонет. Когда положение байонета установлено, шлифовальный круг каждый раз будет приземляться на одну и ту же высоту. Преимущество этого в том, что большой объем работы можно выполнить быстро. Нет необходимости каждый раз регулировать высоту. Кроме того, этот станок предназначен для черновой шлифовки неровностей на свариваемых деталях. У нас также есть более тонкая полировальная машина для полировки паяных соединений, чтобы толщина ленточной пилы не имела никакого влияния.Надеюсь, переводчик сможет правильно перевести то, что я имею в виду. The issue with that pump is, it's not at all stable in it's upright position. There's much better out there.

I do dent repair for a living at Oh Hail PDR. It’s a terrible video because the guy doesn’t explain that these do burn paint because the extreme heat it produces. They do work great, but there needs to be instructions on how they work. I fried paint also when I first started using one. You have to let the paint cool down a little before you click it again. Also, they are full of shit when they advertise these repairing large dents. They are only meant for small soft dents.
