Would you sleep at a truck stop? 🛻 🛑 🤔 ❔

Yes truckers are able to take their GFs, wife,and sometimes even their kids. But all are with companies and insurance permission. I drove long haul (coast to coast) for 36 yrs. I loved it when I was able to take someone with me.

This is awesome. I think I’m getting a Bronco Sport in a couple months. Been eyeing one for years now but with the early years I was worried about reliability. It’s been between this and the Blazer for me and even though I love how the Blazer looks, I think I’m leaning Baby Bronco.

@user-pe2ks4re3k4 ай бұрын
My back seats have a slight slope to them even when lying down and the cargo back adjusted, how do you combat that?
@BuckinBronco4 ай бұрын
Hey! Some people build wooden platforms or even just put flat cardboard under their mattress. It’s not so annoying to me but I do take my trunk divider, open it up flat on the floor of the truck. That will give about 1 inch more elevation in the back to even out the higher seats. Hope that helps!!

Driving and camping on beaches can be mind-blowing. California & Texas. One suggestion: when you leave, get your vehicle washed, especially the undercarriage. The salt from the ocean is not your friend.
@BuckinBronco5 ай бұрын
You read my mind! I washed the Bronco afterwards and removed the salt but you know what I didn’t anticipate? The SAND. I’m still finding sand when I pop the hood, work under the vehicle, or vacuum the interior. It’s endless!

I grew up around Somerset, Pa. We used to go to abandoned tunnels quite often. When we went, they used the tunnels to store road salt. You could walk in, but the salt was packed to the ceiling. This was late 90's. Check out "Big Rock" near Shanksville, Pa. Just a huge three story house sized rock in the middle of the woods. Definitely out of place.

@@Admiral2226 Hey! The crossbars are GMs, I ordered them along with the vehicle. The carrier is a JEGS hard top 10 cubic feet storage rooftop carrier that I bought at Walmart for $200. Amazon has the same one but it’s 18 cubic feet for $299. Kinda pricey but I knew I’d have it my whole life so I wanted something with decent quality. LOVE THIS CARRIER!

@BuckinBronco7 ай бұрын
Hey buddy! I just ran a regular home electric power cord from my electric camp site into my Bronco where I plugged the fan in. I also sometimes plug in a power strip to give me more outlets inside the car. Now I’m not saying this is safe, nor am I recommending it!! But that’s what I did here. There is no way, that I am aware of, to plug the Bronco in and run the electronics solely with an outlet electricity, if that’s what you were thinking. Hope that helps!
