The guttar rifts are unsual and cool on the track beautifull well made song only Glenn could have pulled off.Stirs the emtions this one.

Does anyone know what he’s saying at the end. I can only make out “I’m a Wichita Lineman” and that’s it. There is a video on KZfaq where it has captions and at the end he is apparently saying “talking on my line” but I don’t know if that’s accurate.

I remember being little and obsessed with this song and resolving to find out why it was so much better than the other songs. Well, these days I could tell you the chords and the production details and how it’s in F major but you only hear an F chord at the start of the song and never again. BUT that doesn’t really get us that far. It doesn’t describe the magic.

The strength and charm of this group lies in the incredible pull the music still exerts on us. They sang as if their lives depended on it. Fifty years later, the challenge, the beauty and the healing are still there.❤

I was the little girl. I remember I could get what the director wanted right the first two takes and he screamed at me. An eight year old! Well, I got it right the third time and told him he was mean.

I saw Renaissance live twice in college in the late 1970s and have never forgotten. One of my favorite bands. I have all their albums up to the late 90s including compilations. I really miss music like this.

How fantastically talented Mr. Campbell was! Such an accomplished guitarist, a gorgeous voice and so handsome! He was loved by all who knew him, and his talent will never, ever be forgotten!
