Weather is very harsh here! Extreme winters and can go upto -52! Summer temperatures can go upto 40! Summer is better if there is no smoke! Otherwise it is a friendly and welcoming place!

Yes probably the areas where most serious crime happens ! But every city has some areas like that ! Probably pretty safe as long as you don't associate with the low life that hangs out in some of those areas !!

It is deadly to be out at night on the streets The criminals have bear spray, machetes and illegal guns . They are on drugs and it is very scary to be on Saskatoon streets at night.
