How can I Surrender myself? How can I not desire? Complex problems we are faced Afraid of death Afraid of pain Inward light Identify with your higher self Build up a sense of seperation Stop the judgement Who is the self behind this self? Ego falsely identifies with the higher self How to get that higher self working? All the do good is in the will

If this lecture doesn't show you that the best thing we can do is not to seek ourselves ("who am I") or that our objective is to "improve" ourselves (as the end goal) and to just live our lives the best we can without overthinking it then I don't know what is. Just enjoy yourself without going out to harm others but when you do unintentionally 'harm' others in some small way, as everyone does, you shouldn't feel too guilty about it.

This guy made an entire career out of spending an entire hour saying that nothing matters, you don't have to do anything and that it's all in your mind. The more I listen to him the more repetitive he gets about this stuff. I guess I'm not smart enough to get it.

try mixing it up... Listen to Ram Dass or read Jack Kornfield... there's a lot of different ways to get to this understanding, and trust your self enough to recognize that Watts may not be doing it for you (even if he does resonate with others)

Man is made up of 99.99 % empty space, the universe is 99.99 empty space. The water in our bodies is in a crystalline structure that creates fractal energy, fractal energy discovered in the trans-universal void otherwise known as dark energy out of the darkness cometh the light, our cells create light photons that send and receive coded messages the pineal gland is made up of piezoelectric crystals it has antenna like hairs covering it many call it our minds eye I refer to it as my built in crystal radio set tuned in to the creator force above and in time to all his creation below.

I was listening to this when i was tripping on some very powerful THC. I started seeing some things while trying to focus on what he was saying. But i couldnt focus because the visuals i was getting were pretty strong. It was a mindtrip. Very abstract. Hard to define, or describe. Everytime i focused on Alan Watts, the words were being torn open, kinda like a scroll and I was getting even deeper insight as to what he was saying. I saw something that was conscious. It was sorta amused by me. Amused at itself. Laughing at me in an endearing way. It represented itself like the Kings on a deck of cards circulating on a machine where each teeth was represented by 1s and 0s. At the point where the teeth on a machine meet, that was the present moment. The "now." It started chanting very playfully, it almost sounded like a clown, or a cartoon, speaking to me through these Kings. And it said, "I am the alpha and omega. The beginning and end. The first and the last. I am the Now." And the machine moved even faster, almost flickering these bright colors and i began to see different moments throughout time as if it were explaining everything to me. I kept hearing the phrase, "the utterly magnificent brilliance of now." As if it were showing off to me in some sort of way. There was so much more to it that im probably leaving out. But i feel that it kinda connects with some of the things Alan Watts is saying here. This present moment is all there ever is and all there ever will be. Our memories are just illusions. Maybe what we see, or who we are today, is also an illusion. But its this present direct experience that we have that is the most spiritual experience of all. I dont know. I probably sound clumsy in my explanation. But maybe thats the point. It's very abstract and paradoxical. If the first and the last are one in the same, maybe the enlightened are just as well as the unenlightened. There is no real concept of time. No real concept of space. All of those things are just the limits of this canvass we experience in our realm of existence. The enlightened are just as righteous as the unenlightened and that's what makes this whole thing go round.

I formed the light and create the darkness, I make weal and I create woe, I El Elyon do all these things. El Elyon Aramaic meaning most high power. We are fractal parts of the whole, fractal energy discovered in the trans-universal void otherwise known as dark energy out of the darkness cometh the light, the water in our bodies is in a crystalline structure that creates fractal energy, the cells in our bodies create light photons that send and receive coded messages the pineal gland is made up of piezoelectric crystals it has antenna like hairs on the outer surface, it creates our dark matter melatonin and our serum serotonin both essential for our physical and spiritual well-being. It's our built in crystal radio set. Over time it can become calcified from the toxins in our foods and water especially fluoride drastically reducing the production of melatonin and serotonin. It's known as our third eye, if thy eye be clear then the whole body is in light but if thy eye be cloudy then body is in darkness. As above so below as within so without. El Elyon in everything and everything in El Elyon. The word atom in Aramaic is Adamah the feminine of Adam. We are light beings in a low frequency vibrational existence. You don't have to make a move, be still and know that I Am. The Aramaic word Echad says it best it means one unity.

@tonyjohnson8929
@tonyjohnson8929 10 күн бұрын
@samn3276 That would actually be the inverse and opposite in that the familiarity gives a positive vibe, normalizing, like after living in the castle a year, you can trade insults with the prince. Contrary to celebrating how marvelous the prince is only to have every controversial deed of the prince scrutinized, even demonized, depending on the height of your pedestal.

I've never looked at it as an obligation, but more like a "hard wired program" to reproduce and survive. This is obviously built in to every living thing on the planet. So something over us or within us takes it very seriously. I guess this just takes us right back to the first fundamental question tho. "Who started it?"
