Mine sounds exactly like this. Started knocking going down the road and I thought it was just a vibration from my trailer for a second. Pulled over and liw oil pressure warning light cane ob. Checked oil and it was still up to the top of dipatick line but when I fired it again it sounded exactly like this so had it towed to Ford Sounds like it will be fucked and its only an 18 with 125km on it

Pretty decent job , I’ve done this repair my self how ever I used a much thicker washer to fix my A-arm mount , that thin little washer you used isn’t even close to as strong as the original mounting bracket.

This atv has been only used to get around a farm and not hard work. If it was used for more pressure or usage it would have been done with thicker material

I would look on eBay. If you can’t find any there then look on Facebook and see if someone is parting one out or if there is one that’s selling complete with a blown motor so it was cheaper to be able to take the transmission out of it

Im really screwed. I was changing the a arm bushings on my 99 scrambler 500 4x4 and noticed the cv shaft poped out and was just in the boot with 3 balls. Gigiddy! Anyways i took off the hub and reorganized all the balls. Now im going through hell to get the shaft back in. If i slide the shaft in to hub first then i cant get the splines through that big hole. If i put the splines berings and clutch thing through first then i cant get the shaft in. I even took off the shock. Managed to get everything in that way but now the dam shock wont go in to place. Im to broke to go to a mechanic if not i would’ve had a way better machine please help

Have you lifted the machine by the frame to get the shock to decompress and it might go in

Yes the issue was that the rod bearing went out. We ended up replacing the motor with one from a parts truck.

My 400 looks lke a 250r with carbon snout carbon color race plastic its hard to tell unless you walk up to it looks tough but shes slow😢
