You're welcome, Catherine! There's no built-in way to centre the labels, but you could add space characters before the text in each label, as a workaround.

Thanks, and in the GETPIVOTDATA formula, remove the word Data, and the comma after it. For example, change this: =GETPIVOTDATA($A$4,"GrandTotal[' ';Data,Average]") to this: =GETPIVOTDATA($A$4,"GrandTotal[' ';Average]")

In a pivot table, you could show the values as Rank, then highlight the cells that have rank 2. In this video, I show pivot table Rank examples. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hq-qfql4ntGwmWg.html On a worksheet, you could use the SMALL and LARGE functions, with 2 as the second argument.
