I’m 17 I just had mine done about 3 weeks ago and I was in the hospital for I think 2 days and besides the third night when the nerve block fell off i really haven’t had much pain biggest thing is I can’t do anything so I’m very bored. Is it normal to recover pain wise that fast? I was off of pain meds about a week in

Welcome back, I enjoy your vlogs and day to day videos (not many Tassie Vloggers out there) but it might be an idea to give monthly business updates. Also would watch your expertise in modelling as that is quite unique to you. Combining beauty product, styling, photography etc. You definitely have lots of skills to share. Q:- Are you going to be decorating any differently this Christmas ? Did you turn the upstairs room into an exercise space ? What is your favourite handbag brand ? Are you more of a handbag girl or shoe girl ? If you could do it all again, would you still go into modeling? Did you meet any famous people during your modeling days ? I think I found you through a handbag vid I enjoy the girly talk about fashion/makeup/accessories and home styling content, some cooking 🍳 It’s nice to see the landscape in your part of the world. As you were a model it would be interesting to learn about the best poses for when someone is having their pics taken, and they are feeling self conscious either because of their dress size, or if they feel they are having a day when they just don’t feel that great, and how to bring out their best features and make them not so self conscious. How to hold their bodies/face/smile. 📸

Have you tried Petkit litter ? Is the one that you’re using is better or you don’t know ?

I haven’t tried the PETKIT brand because I wanted to continue using the brand I had found that was close to the litter that my cats were all ready used to using that wasn’t a clumping litter. I imagine it would be pretty good though as it was made for the their devices! Thanks for watching! :)

Thanks for doing theses videos!I’ve been thinking about doing one on my PAO surgery,I had a horrible out come which left me with permanent drop foot and nerve damage. Dr don’t really tell you about bad things that could happen but it did save my hip! But caused a lot of emotional damage. Which also led to me getting my R hip replacement because of fear of another pao surgery. Also had complications from pain meds that led me to stay a few more day in the hospital.

Lots of water! Chewing gum also helps. I don't a full dosage so it's really not that bad when I am taking it!

I’m enjoying your PAO videos. I just found out yesterday that I have hip dysplasia. I’ve been having right hip pain for over a year and it’s become intolerable so I got an X-ray and found out why. I’m seeing an orthopedic surgeon in a couple of days and I’m pretty sure I’ll be getting a PAO. I’m not new to having surgery, but it’s still nerve wracking. I had reparative leg surgery in both 2020 and 2023 and each time spent 3 months on crutches. I’m 33 and I feel I’ve already had a lifetime’s worth of pain and recovery. I’m open to anymore tips you have or words of encouragement!

Hi Stephanie! Thank you so much! :) What was the outcome of your visit to the surgeon? I know what you mean. Most people don't really understand how major the surgery is when you talk about it to others... they think it's just like a hip replacement. Having said that... I have my mobility and quaility of life back! My biggest tip... Have your home prepared for when you come home from hospital. AND keep up the exercises, stretching, and any other form of remedial therapy (massages are great!) especially in the area around the hip. For me that's what siezes up and stiffens the most more than my actual hip and I am 3 years post!!!

@@SamanthaRoseKing thanks for your reply! The surgeon sent me for an MRI, which found I have a labral tear and osteoarthritis from the dysplasia. I won’t see him again for 2 more weeks. I have added many of your suggested items to my Amazon cart! Waiting for actual confirmation of surgery before hitting that confirm order! I still have my makeshift bedroom on my first floor from last year’s leg surgery! I was just prepping to be rid of that lol I jinxed it I guess. Everyone is asking me, “why would you want another surgery?!” And I’m like, from what I hear it’ll relieve a $h!t ton of pain!! I got my other hip X-rayed in the meantime and it does not have dysplasia thankfully!

If you have tha t much shit on the walls, it means it is still wet when the cleaning started. set the delay timer to 15-20min . It will be less messy

Thank you, it was very helpful, mine arrived today. But I must say I am shocked about the complexity of cleaning. My old normal catlitter is so much easier to clean, I bought this one because I am often very sick and thought this would help me save energy and time when cleaning the litter, but the big clean is much more work with heavier parts wich I won't be able to lift and clean at bad times.

I found that it was not so bad as I thought, the parts are not so heavy because the motor part stays on the floor when cleaning and that is the heaviest part. So When I am ok I can clean and maybe even on bad days with pauses taken.!

Doctor just prescribed oxybutynin to me and im about to try it out. My social life is at stake because of excess sweating. Got fired from my 1st job because no one wants to come to their workplace and find it stinking from one particular person 😢😢😢😢. Thought I've been cursed 😢

Well I just got the botox yesterday. I must say it was very unpleasant. The pains ouchhh!!! But its just for that minutes. They doctor was very good,kind and open. We laughed through the whole treatment. Now let's see how this one goes too.

It's been for me since 2017. My thigh is still numb and hypersensitive. I still have drop foot an my toes are still curled down. I have sharp stabbing pain that continues to go down my thigh, leg to my toe . I wasnever told any of this could happen after Pao with arthroscopic combination surgery. I'm going in for my 3rd hip surgery in a few weeks because again, I have a labral tear. So I'm thankful that all this happened to someone else because my neurologist at mayo clinic said all this pain is in my head and doesn't happen with this surgery. Ha

@@SamanthaRoseKing hi Samantha. I just had surgery again for another labrum tear. They said from mucoid degeneration from a PAO surgery. I was dx with CRPs, and I'm having flareups of that again. However, I'm able to manage my pain better . I need a hip replacement. And I also need a labrum repair in the left hip now. Thankyou for asking.
