Usually, the bank blames you first, the Bank of America you have to wait for 45 days before they give you the money back. In my experience, Bank of America is the worst in dealing with fraud. example I had a $25.00 balance in my account. someone withdraw 1000. from my ATM card number, any bank will give that 1000 to the theft even if I don't have enough balance to be withdrawn from my account. My bank then charged me 39.00 for an overdraft. Again the theft withdrew another 1000 from my no-balance account the theft got it my bank charged me a 39.00 overdraft Fee. and so on and so forth. another worst case is if the theft activity happened in other states I can't report it to my hometown police I have to travel to the location county where the thief transacted withdrawal from my account to report the fraudulent activity in the police department in that county. Thirdly, the bank blamed me first that I was the one who took my own money. Until I asked them to give me a video copy of the ATM where the withdrawal transaction occurred. Since then I have never Bank with Bank of America.

So you said this was easy to figure out. But you have to use a loan calculator lol. 😂
