After watching this video I’m pretty sure this is what I’m suffering with. It’s been happening for decades, but the last few years the episodes get longer and I have unbearable stomach pain during them. I thought I was going to die last time.

OCD is a horrific nightmare. It robs people who have it of their peace. However, the Prince of Peace - JESUS CHRIST is our Healer and Deliverer. OCD is NOT more powerful than the LORD JESUS. He alone can set anyone free from this tormenting mental anguish.

Love your videos and the quality of teaching, but I HATE the language used sometimes - for example, referring to PATIENTS as clients?!!!! Healthcare should never be about profit and that language perpetuates the opposite!

Btw it makes exactly zero sense that MS incidence is 10x lower in the global south than in western countries. MS has not proven to be an autoimmune disease, it is only the going theory. No specific autoantibodies have been identified. MS frequency in Israel's diverse populations, 2006 The muslim population had 5x lower MS incidence than christian and jewish. Case closed. Paradoxically, Israel has a thriving pork industry because of russian and european jewish secular immigrants. Ironically they go for stuff like chorizo, which can be uncooked.

Amazon sells a good book about the dangers of alcohol "Alcohol: The Mind and Body Killer". Because of the legality and prevalence of alcoholic beverages, many people are unaware that alcohol is a potent drug that causes first excitement and then paralysis of the nervous system, leading to dangerous diseases including diabetes, cancer, and mental disorders. The book describes the mechanisms of action and the negative consequences of alcohol use.

Dit is meer herkenbaar voor mij. Ik had bijna de diagnose autisme gekregen. Twee zware trauma's opgelopen in mijn leven. Een als kind en een op de leeftijd van 50 jaar en niet kunnen herstellen hiervan. Thank you.

I want to make people understand the history of alcohol being a medicine for traumatized soldiers, cowboys, sailers etc etc... To block out trauma - its not for partying. Whiskey was 80% & up in proof... A belly full of that - would keep men alive in freezing temperatures.... We have been fooled - it is a medicine & we dont need it at all 🤌🏼🌎🫴🏼❤️‍🩹

Thats why social media sites like TikTok and KZfaq are the best for people like us, well at least for me. I can sort of be myself cause I'm in front of a camera instead of the people.

So glucose converts into pyruvate which then enters the krebs cycle to generate atp??? If so then the body doesn't use glucose directly

For the last 2 years, I’ve been struggling with falling asleep, and staying asleep. I wake up every 1-2 hours or at least 3-4 times during the night. I make sure my room is dark, I’m comfy, have my phone off and don’t go on it before bed, and I avoid drinking coffee past 3-4 pm. I’ve also bought a fan to use to help me focus on the noise of the fan (instead of the other loud racquet like walking and talking in my house that I cannot control). I have improved my issue with falling asleep.. although the odd nights I struggle. However, I can’t seem to tackle my issue with not waking up during the night so many times, every 1-2 hours. I always have racing thoughts before bed, and I can’t seem to fully relax my mind. I’m always thinking about so many things no matter what, and at night, it’s always worse. I also wake up every morning feeling tired, groggy and irritable. It takes me 3-5 hours to fully feel myself and “wake up”.

My OB never told me this. But the ultrasound tech slipped up and asked if I ever had prévia or if this was my first time. And she said she couldn’t tell me the results (reason for my bleeding) but that the doctor would come back to me with the results which she never did. And I ended up miscarriage with NO DIAGNOSIS. Is that considered NEGLIGENCE?
