Very cool. I have a handful of knock off Carnage action figures like the 12" inch Hasbro kind that i have never seen before... so I am wondering if they are original knock offs and not direct copies. What country are you from? I'm in Canada.

Yeah for sure, and more creative in their features too. I have a huge knock off Spiderman action figure (yet to do a show on it) that has a speech function where it records your voice and then the figure says it. LOL. And the Spiderman and Iron Man action figures you see during my intro here (did a show on them already) have all those interactive buttons in the front. I am really hoping Fantastic Four is a retro film. That would be cool. The Xmen films I have liked the most are First Class and Days of Future Past. DeadPooL and Wolverine should be pretty cool even though I am not a big fan of either character, especially Wolverine.... who's just some self important, serving serving angry muscle head who thinks he's soooo fucking cool. LOL. That kind of character is easy to take from someone intelligent like Tony Stark... but harder to watch in a character who literally needs EVERYTHING explained to him. LOL

I’ve never actually customized a knock off action figure aside from paint touch up. I have however done customization to a legit figure as the casting is generally better and thus it’s a better canvas to work on from the get go and hence yields better results for your efforts. Knock offs I like as is because the very nature of them is what makes them what they are. LOL. If you look back in my videos I have one where I customized a Hasbro Hulkbuster. And I recently did a full repaint on a knock off PVC Nano gauntlet ( for another episode) because it arrived with a paint job that looked like the factory guy in China ran out of paint in his air brush. LOL.

@@KnockOffToyz I'll definitely check out more of your vids. TBH the main reason I use knock offs for customisation is because it doesn't really matter if I mess it up LOL. I'd hate to ruin a genuine figure unless it's already damaged. TBH damaged figures are great because people pretty much give them away for free, so they're great for harvesting spare parts.

That is amazing. So few were actually kept or can be found. I have only 2 copies myself. The magazine was WAY TOO early though as VK did not yet have a foot print in the USA so people were like WTF is this? LOL. Had I released it maybe 5 years later when VK really picked up international fan steam and the Internet matured beyond the basic dog & pony show it was in 2001 it would have been a bigger hit I think. I had issue #2 all ready but the publisher pulled it because #1 did so badly. Even my other magazine POW (female catfighting fetish) did better. LOL

Yeah it's not bad at all. But then the quality of average store bought superhero toys, Hasbro, Mattel etc has significantly dropped lately to the point where knock offs can be much nicer. This Carnage one is a perfect example.

Yeah, some parts of the Hasbro are really not that well done and look very cheap. I was surprised too. The seam lines on the Hasbro are very rough and not sanded , the feet are shockingly cheap, the sculpting detail on the pants is very soft, and the color is too dark and too shiny IMO. Also the teeth are cheaply painted. But I like the body sculpt on the Hasbro better. LOL. It's strange that a knock off version can actually be better in many ways.

I won't even be able to show everything because those buttons on his abs do soooo many things like one button teaches english, one plays songs, one has musical instruments. one tells stories, one teaches geography etc etc. It so cool and goofy. It also comes in an IRON MAN version and I have that one too. AND... that figure is pretty nice as just a figure like a black Iron Spider design

Did you see the ENDGAME variants… with the figures painted in a silver quantum realm suit? I have a crazy Spider-Man figure knockoff from Indonesia that looks like a cool action figure, but has all these voice buttons on his stomach that play music, make sounds, and even teach English. It’s absolutely hilarious. The figure is painted in an iron spider variant cool scheme with Mylar red and blacks. very cool.

@@nolanwebster1039 AliExpress has a really small amount for knockoffs actually. In fact, there are knock off toys companies that can’t even sell their stuff on AliExpress because it’s TOO KNOCKOFF. LOL. AliExpress only allows “kinda knockoffs”… ones that look almost legit. I get a lot of really funny knockoffs from Southeast Asia… goofy Marvel knockoffs you’ll never find on AliExpress. I just got a Thanos Infinity gauntlet that lights up and says “Autobots… Transform and ROLL OUT !!!” LMAO. You’ll never see that on Aliexpress. But the problem is… SHIPPING COST IS BRUTAL from southeast Asian countries !!!!!!

Exactly. I recently found the Iron Man version on some site in India... The huge box is amazing... figure just an after thought. Would love to get it anyway... but the shipping would be nasty and id die if it was poorly packaged and gotten dinged up or crushed.

Lol. There are times I get the opening intro in just a handful of takes, but sometimes I can do as many as 30 before I get it right. Maybe I should write a script instead of trying to make up what I’m saying on the spot. LOL.

Oh I will... but these videos take so long to do.... 10 minutes takes an entire day getting it shot in dozens of takes, choosing clips, editing, and making that title image with text for the KZfaq banner..... and all by myself LOL.

I know... I love it !!! This is the only one I've ever seen anywhere. And about 10 years ago I was in Shanghai, China .... OMG.... you wouldn't believe how much stuff (knockoffs) they have everywhere - things you never knew existed because they are only made & sold for the Chinese markets and in their shops. It was incredible. I found two large video stores that sold ONLY knockoff DVDS... really professionally looking boxes, slipcases, etc. One store was called MOVIE WORLD and the other one across the street was (LOL) called EVEN BETTER THAN MOVIE WORLD.

I sold all my negatives about two years ago to someone, and maybe only have a few left. I had no live pics of Due le quartz as PS Company didn't allow photography . I have some Due le quartz things but nothing on line that i know of. They existed before the Internet got up and running, and there were very few non-Japanese at lives to keep and record stuff.

LOL. Yeah space can be an issue for sure, but that's why we have drawers in this world. LOL. I do actually display many of these knockoffs. In the Knockoff Ironman episode, in the intro, you can kind of see behind me on the shelf, and theres a glass cabinet lower in the frame behind me that has a lot.... proudly displayed. LOL. But I display some legit figures (not many) and other Marvel things like signed cards, promo items, and all my imported MCU movie box sets there too. It's amazing how much I've crammed into a corner of the man cave. LOL.
