I have looked into other ways and materials to rebuild the roof of my 2002 18ft Jayco Herratige Pop Top. Your method seem the way to go, has it leaked at all since you have done the job, is there any other things you would have done differently? I am assuming my roof will be the same as yours in regards to the 25mm aluminium channel.

if the truck was painted it makes a traction bang headed or tire HP ripping on the better paint scores up&out string snip it'll have to look dang it or something the bundlers vehicles have is NOT differible the steel is raped with passage and rubbers and such a thing YUP the bundlers are JAFFREEZ disorders on the shotographey lisence

Far out what a difference a week or so makes...we crossed last week and didn't get wet, plenty of avoidable bog holes and through the guts of the lakes.

I've been searching for those tail lights and found them. Are yours the clear or light smoke, as they look good and will pick up a set myself.

Ive got the 23zero outbreak. It is unreal. Comfy, vertical walls, side and roof panels means can keep it open and a surprise bit of rain middle of night wlnt soak you, can sit right up in it, fit my gear in it. Spent 4 days woth soaking drizzling weather mixed with big deluges and it was out in the weather on its own kust woth the rain fly it came with and we had the best nights sleep everynight staying bone fry and cozy like it was our own bed at home. Only 1 downside. At 22kg its heavy, and packs down big. But in every other way its unreal.

Love the Ngkala Rocks soundtrack.
