As an SDA, We have 3 personas in God... Father, the son, and the Holy spirit. Those 3 personas are not the same because they had different missions, the father was to ready the Israelites for the Messiah, the son to pay the sins of the world, and the Holy spirit to live upon us leading us closer to a personal relationship.

The 3 personas in the trinity have different mission 1. The father: His mission is to get the Israelites ready for the messiah along with our generation today to get ready for the 2nd coming as well THAT'S why he knows when his son is coming back. 2. Jesus(Son of God) : His mission was to pay the price of sins of the world and to come back to the world when it is (ready) 3. Holy spirit : his mission is to live in us for us to recognize the father who is getting us ready for the 2nd coming.
